The Work Circle

Outside of our home, family, community, spiritual, creative, recreational and entertainment lives, we get to work.

Capitalism has failed to provide healthy, purposeful, engaging and rewarding work for billions of humans.

Billions of people work in boring and inhumane jobs, with little health and safety protections, wages insufficient even to pay for basic necessities or decent homes, and nothing left over to create thriving, healthy and prosperous communities.

Work is natural for humans, as it is for every living thing. But human work has been diverted from its true purpose – prosperity and security for all – into amassing obscene wealth and privilege for a small minority of so called elites.

Millions of humans are working in industries whose only purpose is to exploit human frailty and line the pockets of the rich. Billions live in poverty despite working inhumane hours in the service of billionaires.

Transformationism will end this insanity and restore dignity and purpose to human work.

More rewards, fewer work hours, better and more meaningful work. That’s what people want, what people should have, and what we all should strive for.
