Protect the individual. Protect the home. Protect the family. Protect the community.
Capitalist predation and socialist incompetence have dominated and degraded our community spaces for too long.
We have to stop capitalists and socialists from blighting our towns and cities with hideous and alienating structures in a race to the bottom for efficiency and profit. Let’s make our communities beautiful again.
Virtual communities, while useful when used responsibly, should never replace the natural coming together of human beings in community.
Vibrant, healthy communities depend on an array of accessible shared spaces: community centres, kitchens, creative spaces, performance and gathering spaces, public squares and pedestrian civic centres, growing spaces, parks, play parks and trails, we need them all.
But most of all, community health depends on people coming together.
Community includes everyone – not just the well off. Too many of us are excluded and isolated because private interests dominate our land and resources.
With Transformationism, we can prioritize reforming our communities and ensuring that everyone who wants to can get involved – with no financial barriers.
