Clarity. Transparency. Accountability.
We need a way of thinking about government that responds to our natural activities and needs, not an authoritarian and labyrinthine nightmare of ministries, agencies, departments and corporations.
Since the Circles are responsive to natural, common spheres of human activity, they’ll work in any country.
If the government of my country and the government of your country have the same structures, they can work together with the right staff and the right experts on the right problems.
Even better, when people migrate within and among countries, they’ll already know how the government in their new home works.
Most all circles of life are interconnected with each other. Organizing with Circles helps us to see the connections and join those dots.
Instead of countries, governments and sectors of the economy working in competitive silos, Circles will bring out inter-connectedness and shared responsibility.
Circles are fantastic symbols of wholeness, completion, natural cycles and spheres of life. Think about the circle of life, circle of friends, family circles, social circles, business circles, government circles, and spheres: the biosphere, atmosphere and geosphere.
Circles have amazing qualities: they can be embedded, interlocked and overlapped, just as we ourselves and the various facets of our lives are mutually embedded and interwoven.

Each smaller circle represents a point of connection with another circle of government.
